Termora collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, and any documents or contract data you upload to the service. We also collect usage data such as log files, device information, and interaction events to improve the product.

- Send reminder emails and notifications you have configured
- Respond to support requests and communicate about your account
- Improve and develop new features
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage buckets. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g. email delivery, cloud infrastructure) under strict confidentiality agreements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your data from the Settings page.
