By accessing or using Termora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including individual users and organizations.

2. Use of the service

Termora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to resell, sublicense, or exploit the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to Termora. By uploading content, you grant Termora a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Limitation of liability

Termora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed deadlines, financial losses, or damages arising from use or inability to use the service. You are solely responsible for reviewing and acting on deadline information.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
